Beside the usual installation of a satellite receiving for digital ASTRA receipt (19.2 ° east) and, perhaps, of other satellites you need of course a Satellite-Receiver which is suited RAPS. With the first turning the receiver wants to know your language. You can stop the RAPS programming any time, if you cannot receive ASTRA. The device starts after some seconds to load the topical RAPS data of ASTRA.
Then the receivable satellites are questioned. For the choice there is the ASTRA 19.2 ° east, EUTELSAT HOTBIRD 13°, as well as TÜRKSAT 42°. For all satellites program lists are also available. Then fix your land list. Your Receiver can be programmed after the following land lists:
Germany
Austria
Switzerland
France
Italy
The Netherlands
Turkey
The Balkans
Then select the local TV channel, par example "Ihr Drittes" or for Austria "ORF"
The next choice possibility is particularly interesting for parents. It permits the automatic barrier of eroticism or call-TV programs. Only with a Receiver with Common interface for coded programmes is asked finally for the subscribed Pay TV packages. According to this few information the settings are stored by the Receiver and every week will receive the newest RAPS according to program list. Who would like to change the settings once, this can act of course in the menu of the receivers.
