RAPS – For what do i need this?

A part of a complaint written by a customer, who did buy a satellite receiver without RAPS system:

"…however, we want to sort the programs as we want, but it don't works. It's impossible that we find all ASTRA programs, par example "ZDF" , on place number 700 and must run back individually by remote control."

I have to take 8 days of vacation to arrange the programs."
